Update MiSVb Portal Compensation ZV/OV

Dear SVb client,

Through this email we are informing you that the MiSVb portal has received an update. This concerns the system that shows compensation and corrections for AO days for the sickness and accident insurance (ZV/OV). Now all clients have access to compensation information for AOV days. You can also view any corrections in the payment of AOV days.

To view COMPENSATION information:

• Log in to the MiSVb portal
• In the main menu select:
  • Company ➡ Compensation ➡ ZV/OV
• Click on the folder 📂 to open details

To view CORRECTION information:

• Log in to the MiSVb portal
• In the main menu select:
  • Company ➡ Compensation ➡ Corrections
• Click on the folder 📂 to open detailed information and approvals

We recommend accessing the MiSVb portal only on a computer or laptop, and not on a mobile phone.

With this change, SVb continues to fulfill its ongoing goal to keep improving service, facilitating its clients with easy and efficient access to manage their account on the MiSVb portal.
