How can I get assistance with the App?

Every time I try to reset my password, the OTP Token is not accepted.

When I try to register with my personal information, the App states that there is already an account with my ID registered.

The email registered on AO Online is the username in the App.

I entered the App, but I see that my personal information is incorrect (address, name, marital status, start date of work, salary, workdays and/or hours).

The MiSVb Trahado App displays what is registered with SVb. This information is the responsibility of the employer, who also manages this information. For corrections, please contact the employer. SVb does not make corrections on this information.

Where can I change my phone number, email, or password?

In the App, open the menu ‘More’ at the bottom right. In the menu ‘Account,’ you can make the change(s) regarding phone number, email, or password.

I entered the App, but when I open the AO tab, I cannot report AO?

  1. To report AO via the App, you must be registered with SVb with a salary below the SVb threshold.
  2. It is possible that AO was reported during the past year and the AO remains open. Please contact poortwachter@svbaruba.org to rectify this.

I entered the App, but I am stuck on the ‘Link request’?

When the registration is complete, the App sends all filled information to be verified. This can take between 15 minutes to 1 working day during the weekdays (link requests are not processed during the weekend). Once the link request is approved, you will receive a notification via email, and you can fully open the App.

I want to report AO, but I cannot access the App?

You can call 527-2782 to report AO (Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, during the weekend and holidays it is not possible to call).

I downloaded the App, but I don’t know my username?

  • If you have used AO online before, logging into the App is easy. Open the App and press ‘Forgot Password’ at the bottom. Fill in the email registered on AO online as the username (instruction link).
  • If you haven’t used AO Online before, you need to create a new account. Press ‘Register’ to start this process; the App will guide you through it (instruction link).
